1. Reservation & Payment Policy
● A signed agreement and the required deposit are needed to officially secure your event date.
● Deposits are non-refundable, but can be applied to a rescheduled date when advance notice is provided.
● Any outstanding balance must be paid no later than the event date.
● We accept major credit cards, PayPal, cash, and both personal and business checks.

2. Changes & Cancellation Terms
● Any requested changes must be submitted in writing at least 10 days before the scheduled event date.
● If the event is canceled, the paid deposit remains non-refundable.

3. Safety & Responsibility
● Magic Anchor carries $2,000,000 in General Liability Insurance coverage.
● The client is responsible for making sure the venue meets all applicable safety standards and legal requirements.
● All equipment is routinely inspected and maintained; however, Magic Anchor is not liable for incidents caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Participant Age & Game Guidelines
● All casino activities are strictly for entertainment and use novelty chips only; real-money gambling is never offered.
● Participants of all ages may take part unless limited by applicable state or local law.

5. Venue Space & Preparation Requirements
● Clients must provide enough floor space for casino tables, related equipment, and event personnel.
● Recommended guest capacity per table:
- ○ Blackjack/Poker tables: 6–10 guests each
- ○ Roulette tables: about 8 guests
- ○ Craps tables: 8–20 guests, depending on table layout
● Chairs may be provided upon request, although most venues usually supply their own seating.

6. Event Team & Staffing
● Every dealer, host, and staff member is a fully trained Magic Anchor professional.
● Gratuities are completely optional, though always welcome and appreciated.

7. Photography & Video
● Magic Anchor reserves the right to take photos and video at events for promotional and marketing use.
● Clients who want to limit any photo or video recording must notify us before the event begins.

8. Site Content & Intellectual Property
● All materials shown on the Magic Anchor website are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Magic Anchor.
● Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of website content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law
● This Service Agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state where the event is held.
